Friendly, reasonable, excellent experience

After calling other storage places and discovering hidden fees and talking to very rude people, I finally found Pacific Storage!!! Super friendly, answered my questions and made me feel like they wanted my business. I reserved online, came back the next day, received a tour and was allowed to make sure the unit was what I was needing before I paid for it. They were friendly to my children, and the whole process was very quick!! Even got a free key chain ;)

Great place! You have even have access to your belongings or parking space on holidays.

I like that you can have access to your storage or parking space on the holidays. The other storage companies do not allow access on holidays. Staff here is very friendly.
