Need more help on Saturday!

I had reserved my space online. When I arrived at the facility to check in there were 2 people in front of me. I waited for nearly 30 min to get my storage space. He actually helped 2 people behind me, before he helped me. I think there should be more than one person working on a Saturday morning.

This facility is very spacious, clean, and user friendly. Help is very courteous and helpful. the only thing that I would like to see different about this facility is the short hours.
