The facility is cleanly, conveniently located, and hours of operation is the best around. The desk clerk, Yesenia, was knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. She was very busy, but still gave me good service.

I met three lovely ladies with pleasant personality and sweet smiles very accommodating and helpful. Because of the three angels I was convinced to get the 5x10 storage. Very good outstanding customer service. one point comment is the facility looks old and needs some painting in the entrances and doorways of each storage unit.

The process was easy and exactly what I needed, the rent is reasonable and the employees are pretty attentive even funny and friendly. The place is pretty clean although I did see debris in my storage area but how could they possibly stay on top of that? The employee who helped me saw a few places that needed attention and by the time I finished signing up the issues were cleaned up. the place is a good place for storing your unnecessary crap that you would probably do better if you just threw it away, lol. Yeah right I can't that's why I am here reviewing the business. It's the perfect storage for me a good price and good help with the rules clearly stated.
