Friendly people. Fair price. But no follow through with cleaning unit.

The price was fair. The unit I was suppose to get was not available, but I did get one a little smaller. I was told that the unit would be cleaned and ready for me the next day. It was ready for me to move in it, but was never cleaned liked promised.
