, i find dead mice in my stuff, price keeps going up started $75 now $155

they offered me a larger unit for the same price as smaller one i wanted cuz none were available now the price goes up all the time but at the smaller one but for the larger unit price so im paying $ 155 for half empty unit thats not climate controlled and find dead mice in mt stuff all the time. they never let you miss a payment or pay late with there rentless phome calls for there money. ibeen a coustomer here for over three years and my rent has doubled in that time.

Storage facility was what i expext.

I used the online feature to reserve a unit. The information regarding the actual location of the storage unit was confusing and unclear. Attempting to obtain assistance by telephone was frustrating. I work in customer service and know fiest hand that your customers depend on you. It doesn't take much to be pleasant and smile when meeting new customers. A smile can go a long way.
