well irene s recommended me to this storage place,i have no complaints about it so far.i like the pkace its very convenient for me,i hope irene gets her 50% off her rent thats offered for when someone recommends this place thank u irene and thank u storage

When I arrived at the storage facility there was no record of my reservation. I was able to show the reservation on my phone along with the move in email I had received that very morning. One of the office workers was not very helpful and quite frankly had an attitude that made me rethink renting a unit here. She told me there was nothing available in the size that I have reserved and offered to rent me a larger unit at 26 dollars more. The same employee told me that the call center did not communicate directly with their office and when I told her that the customer should not be penalized for their lack of communication, she had no response. The other employee Akashiba was extremely helpful and apologized for the mixup, if it were not for her I would have went elsewhere. Ultimately they were able to find my reservation and the unit but this was not the best way to start a professional relationship.
