Antonio followed up, he was efficient, he was more than courteous and he was extremely detailed without wasting time. He was caring, listened and deliberate and intuitive about my stress so he lead the way and made sure I was making the right decision by accessing my needs and creating a visual. He made sure I was clear about processes and procedures without making it laborious and boring. He smiled and act as though he was assisting Family. He created an experience and not a transaction. Thank you, Antonio for lowering my stress and keeping it simple.. it made my day better.
