I purchased a unit at this location because there weren't any others available at the size I needed. This was one of the more expensive companies that I researched, but again due to the lack of options I had to compromise on the price I would pay for it. I was disappointed to learn when I got there that they were having computer issues. So, the check in process ended up being quite slow due to the tech issues with their server. What seemed like it should have taken 5 minutes took over 30, which when you have 3 kids waiting in the car and it's over 90 degrees out and you are trying to get a lot done in a big move weekend - well, that becomes a bigger deal than normal. The employees who checked me in were great, so I give positives on the customer service (they couldn't control the server/software issues) and on the size, location and cleanliness of the facility.Full Review

I scheduled a rental unit on-line, which was pretty easy. Once I showed up, the sign said they were "out of office"...had to wait around for 10 minutes or so. It only took about 10-15 minutes to check-in, then I proceeded to the unit. There was a lock on the unit, so I had to go back to the office to get the code...they were "out of office" again! Fortunately, I caught the gal on her way out and she helped me out.
During the day, I made three runs to load into my unit. Each time I drove by, the office still had the "out of office" sign up, and I wasn't able to drop off the new lock they provided me inside my unit. If the facility is open during the day, one would think the person running the office would be there throughout the day hours to help people.
Although there seemed to be problems keeping someone in the office, it was a nice facility and I had easy access. The price was a little high for this size unit, but it's close and convenient. The office person was very nice and helpful, when there.Full Review

when I first sign up to rent from this facility, I was under the impression I had sign everything and would be ready to move with the use of the truck, time came and it was the worse day ever. was not able to use truck, and I had to use uhaul and pay for it. I was informed by the manager at superior that they would reimburse me or give me credit. well, we will see if I stay the month or not. when you arrange for friends to help and have to wait for the storage unit managers to open pick up a truck that's alot of wasted time.. so my 1st real experience was not good.Full Review
I tried renting here and went to office few times. The sign is always up, no one is in the office. Tried calling but always goes to voicemail. How does this place make business when no one is in office as I tried renting numerous times but office is always closed.
