The staff Donna and Natalie are AWESOME. They went beyond their duty to ensure that I was aware that my dad's storage payment was late. They knew that this was unusual because I pay his monthly bill by bill pay through his bank on time. My dad had a this storage since 2008. They referred me to customer service who reversed the $20.00 late fee. Special Kudos to both of them for sincerely caring about my dad.
