I need my lock cut off same day but in public storage rules states that you have to wait and put into a request that can take up to 3 days. It's a day before Thanksgiving and all of my supplies where in my storage unit luckily Mau was very understanding went beyond her duties and was able to get in touch with the manager and get me in my unit she saved the day for me great customer service be on the duty

This operation has friendly and competent people at the desk, and the facility is well organized and easy to navigate. Plus I checked for prices thoroughly in my area, and these were the best.
