Marissa was very helpful. She explained the lease terms carefully and clearly. She took the time to show me all available spaces. The facility was newly remodeled and well maintained.

Cherie was very nice and presentable

Cherie was very nice and presentable, butI was unhappy about additional charges i wasn't expecting. other storage places have been upfront with all their fees upon inquiry, so i could make the best choice. i needed this unit at a time that's been very difficult financially, so to pay more than double what i was expecting to was disappointing. ASK about fees when you inquire online and they call you or when you call.
