Reservation does not mean guaranteed

Reserved a storage unit for the following week. Manager called me, told me about the storage and confirmed my reservation on the same day she called. Went on the scheduled day and was told there was no more available units and my reservation was just a inquiry. No where on the sheet did it says such. Left and about 20 min later I got a call from the staff. Staff was great, but they need to let customers know reservations are just a inquiry.

Very easy to get a reservation.

Was very impressed with the great price you offered. Staff was extremely nice. The woman who works in the office (sorry I dont have her name) is so sweet, and answered every question. Very professional
