Needed to clear a room

The staff were great. They were friendly and answered all of our questions. We were in and out in about 20 mins.

Great with one major exception.......checking out

Everything was great from the time we arrived and completed the paperwork for Unit G49. The problem arose when we vacated the unit on 7/31 and we unable to locate anyone give give the checkout card to. We were unable to located a "message" or "drop box" and encountered difficulty with the voice mail tree. Several voice mail messages were left with the facility but as of now we are unsure whether the account is officially closed or not. Mark--------could you please contact us to assure us that all is well? Thank you.
