The most impressive thing about this storage was the lady who worked there. I applied on line Dec 31 at 12:30. At 12:40 I recieved a phone call and was told they were closing early since it was new years eve and that if I could make it there by 1 I could rent the storage unit. I said that I was leaving now to make it on time. I arrived 5 min late. When I walked in the lady already had the paperwork ready. I filled out the paperwork and payed the fees. 30 min later I had the unit and was off. The only problem I had was my code didn't work when I returned but the guy who works there fixed it and everything was fine. I know my code worked originally because I tried it before I left to get my stuff. The storage facility is like most storage places. The thing I liked and impressed me the most was the lady who worked there. She was friendly, knowledgeable, & helpful. I forgot to add extremely efficient at doing her job.
