Storage was as needed

Not only did I get a great, well located storage unit but I also got great customer service. The staff was knowledgeable and very courteous. Regarding the free rental of the truck, it was excellent beyond belief. I rented the truck on one day and couldn't get back to unload until several days later and was only charged for the actual days I drove it. Incredible customer service that was compassionate and caring. Thank you Unit 3
