From day 1 of reserving the unit, Pat, was very on top of everything. She called us while we were on the road in a Uhaul from Seattle to SLO.. She said be careful and seemed legitimately concerned for us and our drive. Pat greeted us at the facility and let us in 15 min early. Was very efficient with the paperwork and showed us to the unit. She also provided a dolly for our heavier items. She is the BEST!
