Smooth-move. Staff helpful and friendly!

Was skeptical since this was the first time using storage-but John explained things very well, and took me around to show me the unit. Week prior, received phone call explaining procedure for move day and asked if I had any questions or concerns. Move day went well. Unit was clean. No hidden surprises.
