San Marcos Mini Storage provides exceptionally clean and convenient self-storage in San Marcos with units from a small size of 3'x5' (15 square feet) to our largest exterior unit 22'x22' (484 square feet). We have the largest percentage of exterior self-storage units of any facility in San Marcos, allowing drive up access and loading of your storage space. In addition, we offer specialty storage including climate-controlled storage units.

We offer a FREE move-in truck, and it comes with a driver and gas included. All you need to do is load and unload your belongings from the truck. San Marcos Mini Storage also provides a 1st Year Price Guarantee, which is unique in our industry and guarantees we will not raise your rates during the first year of your stay (our lease is month-to-month).

Great customer service, clean, easy access!

I reserved my unit and they followed up with me the day of my move. excellent customer service. I actually needed and extra unit and they were able to accommodate my movers and allowed me to complete the additional paper work the next day due to me not being able to get over to the facility the same day.
