The service and locations were good and...

The service and locations were good and gave a fine impression. However, I was severely disappointed when I was informed, on the day of move in, that I'd have to pay for insurance AND the lock and key. This was NOT a part of the 24$ move in fee, which was the only fee that was informed about in my emails. The extra payment came a surprise to me, which damaged my impression of the deal hugely.
