The man in the office was very helpful, friendly, and accomadating. We were offered bottled water when moving in on a hot day also another employee escorted us to our unit and helped us get a cart to help with moving. He also parked the truck for us when we were done. Everyone was very nice and when we over paid for gas in the truck we were very generously compensated. It was a different experience signing the contract. Due to COVID-19 no customers were allowed to enter the office. I had to hand my ID and credit card through the mail slot and talk to Alex on the phone while he filled out the contract! :) I was the first customer to have to do the new process but it all went well. I live off of Indian Canyon @ San Rafael, so it's basically a straight drive up Indian Canyon. There is a storage place just a few blocks from me - closer - but also much more expensive. This is definitely worth going a little bit father. I couldn't have asked for an easier check-in and friendly service.Full Review
