I am so happy I found Safe Storage of Van Nuys! The customer service and care and concern was top notch. The facility is clean, the security is great, the paper-work was very fast and simple. They catered to my needs and were more than willing to help with anything. I love this place and am so happy I have a secure facility to store my things for as long as I need to.

I can't remember his name but the guy at front desk was extremely courteous and helpful. Very happy with my storage unit and was given clear choices regarding size/price.
