I am currently renting an 8x10 unit. I was paying $79 a month.
Today, I find out the price is raised to $159, excessive increase.
I thought it was a billing error. I went to the facility and was told
it is not an error, there was an increase on rental price. MORE THAN
DOUBLE. I was told I already paid that 2 months already. I have been
out of state for almost 2 months and have to been able to check my email.
I went on the website, with AAA, it is raised to $109. This is advertised
ONLINE. I called the facility and asked why I am paying $159 and it is
advertised with AAA for $109. I went through AAA when I rented.
They office employees admitted the increase is excessive, they were
polite and professional, said the manager would refund me 10% percent
off this month tomorrow, but for only one month's charges.
Never had a problem with this facility in the pass. Would not recommend
this facility.

When I realized my entry code didn't work, Kurt found out that I was somehow assigned to a different unit. When I told him I work in Northeast Denver during the hours y'all are open he offered to stay late for me to get there to fill out new paperwork so I could move in within my time frame. Found the need to get another storage unit. Each time we had to do this we go back to this facility. The staff is helpful on the property is very clean. My one concern would be the charge for insurance. They should let customers know insurance is needed if you have renter's insurance. I know this but I sent my husband and he paid. However I will show my renter's insurance which covers my storage unit and get a credit for the charge of insurance. my concern with storage services... that will be more informative about insurance. If a customer says do I need insurance to reply should be not if you have renters or homeowners. Not yet everybody needs insurance to rent that should not be the answer because it's correct.Full Review
