Dakota and Randy are very compassionate and helpful associates for Public Storage. I live in TX, but was at this facility for the emotional task of removing the contents from a unit containing my late son's belongings. Both gentlemen were very patient and understanding of the gravity of the situation. I commend both of them for their compassion and hope PS realizes they are great representatives for your organization.

Hidden fees

The $1 for first month rent was actually closer to $80! They don't tell you that you can't use your own lock or that you need insurance when they adversity their rates online. They also prorate on their end but if you want to leave 1/2 way through the month you have to pay for the whole month? Seems like hidden fees to me. Still rented a clean easily accessible unit.

My 1st public storage experience

Chad was awesome in helping me get set up at Lakewood, Colorado units. He was awesome!!!! He was very helpful, gave info and I bought a mattress pad all within an hour!!
