Hard to get in

I like the storage room, however I find it hard to get close enough to use the keypad. Because if the yellow posts. I'm older and have short arms. Also once you are in ,why do you have to enter the same code again to get out. To me that's crazy! I have hit my car every time trying to get close enough to the stupid keypad. Because of the gate there and again those stupid yellow posts. Other than that I like the storage rooms. Just wish it was easier to get in and out.

Doreen, We are happy you had a good experience at ABC Self Storage except for the problem of reaching the keypad. I'm sure it was set at industry standards but that doesn't mean it's quite right for everybody. The reason we have an exit keypad is so that we can identify who was in our storage yard at the time if there was an incident of some kind involving tenant property. The entrance and exit keypads are for the security of your property. Thanks for coming to ABC Self storage.
