Simply Self Storage - 510 Douglas Avenue - Altamonte Springs

I called the 800 number looking for directions on my way to the place. They called the storage office and they promptly called me back. The lady was very patient and pleasant on the phone. When I arrived I explained to her that I was running out of time with the movers and she opened the unit quickly for them to not waste time on my clock. She proceeded to do the paperwork and we were out of there with time to spare. She was very helpful, patient, professional, polite, and friendly at the same time. I'm getting my second unit there for sure. Very pleased!

I was treated very well and the owner was pleasantly professional. The over all condition of the property was clean and feels to be secure. Availability of carts made or move more efficient and easy. I would absolutely recommend this facility to others.
