I had a great experience,from beginning to end,and I would like thank the whole staff but specially Alicia,very professional,attentive and exceptional service,keep the good work,is a small facility but the service is impeccably great

I rented several years ago, found the location convenience, the staff was very helpful, and made sure I understood the size I needed, did not try to oversell to reach a higher price, that I appreciated. After some misunderstanding about the first months discount and rental rate, the young lady who I spoke with explained everything in a polite and very professional manner. She seemd to care that I was totally satified, and I could tell that she sensed the frustation I was feeling in trying to secure a unit, because I was working against a deadline to store my furniture. I appreciated very much the fact that the clerk was very sensitive to my concerns. Overall, I would rate my experience as very good. I would certainly recommend this particular company and the courtesy of their staff.
