Just what I needed

Quick, easy and perfect unit for my short term needs. The manager worked with me to determine which pricing structure would be the best for me. He knew the exact "door" dimensions. The last place had no clues. The only thing was I was required to buy a specific lock, that can ONLY be used at a newer facilities upgraded doors. My old stand by Master padlock wouldn't fit this door. Lock was $20. Not the end of the world...

Eric the store manager was more than helpful. He helped me with the rental papers and gaining access to the unit. The best customer service!!

We are just moving to Bonita Springs and has been very expensive .

We cleaned out our storage unit, 5 x 10, the end of March. We had paid for the month of April, which we feel should of been reimbursed to us. $ 110.00. The office said there was no way to reimburse us the the April rent. A lot of money with what is going on with the economy and being senior citizens. Not very good management.
