Great customer service

I can’t remember the woman’s name who took care of me but she was new. Amazing customer service! Although she has to call her managers and they didn’t respond rapidly causing a great delay in my access of the storage unit because she was not aware of the door code. Wasn’t her fault. I was definitely kind to her. I’m sure it was stressful not getting a response while she was doing her best to provide great customer service. She needs recognition for that!

Kim was very nice, professional, knowledgeable and courteous. Had a minor difficulty with her computer system but renting the unit went very smoothly.
