This is my first experience with a storage unit, and I was delighted to meet Edith and learn that she is responsible for this location. She was about to walk the property when I knocked on the window, and she promptly turned the "Back in x minutes" sign around to answer my questions. She knew her inventory and efficiently explained choices and costs. She walked me to the unit available, and pointed out a good alternate route as well. She answered all my questions, gave me wise counsel on box sizes, representing the company well and professionally. It's clear she takes pride in her work and thrives on meeting and exceeding customer expectations.

Store 08723 is always clean, organized and helpful! Edith is probably the best manager I've ever had the pleasure of working with. She's always very sweet & courteous to customers. A great help for the two years that I've had my furniture in storage here. Will definitely recommend this location to friends & family! Thank you Edith for always staying on top of everything & being so informative!
