Quick and simple process tha is to Keoni. Covered everything and I didn't t have anything to ask. Rented a unit in less than 10min. Recommend if you need something last minute with 24HR access options.

The quality of this Public Storage has significantly decreased in the last few years. The hallways are not always clean and getting assistance here is not very common. I should have known I was making a mistake when I rented a unit in December 2023, and the unit they tried to give me was damaged. However, today was the cherry on top for me. The last two years, the gate has been broken numerous times, and I've been nice about it. The elevators and hallways a mess, I assumed they just didn't have enough help, times are hard. Today, the gate is still broken from my last visit, which was just a week or two ago, and not one, but both elevators are broken. How am I supposed to move things in and out of my storage unit without a working and safe elevator to use? This is truly unacceptable, especially since rent just increased this month. Please use the funds coming in from rent increasing to improve the critical aspects of the facility, not whatever construction has been taking place in the parking area. I have rented with Public Storage on and off for over 10 years, and the conditions of this visit is crazy. If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would.

I had an outstanding experience with Keoni at Public Storage. From the moment I walked in, Keoni was professional, friendly, and incredibly helpful. He took the time to explain all of my storage options clearly, answered every question patiently, and made the entire rental process smooth and stress-free. What really stood out was his attention to detail and genuine customer service. He made sure I got the right unit for my needs without feeling rushed or pressured. The facility was clean, secure, and well-maintained, which reflects the care and pride Keoni puts into his work. It’s rare to find someone who combines professionalism with such a positive attitude. Keoni went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and confident with my decision. I highly recommend working with him if you need storage — he truly delivers five-star service.

I would like to express my concern about the cleanliness of this Public Storage location. The hallways, elevator, and parking areas are consistently very dirty, which creates a poor and unhygienic environment. In addition, there are almost never any moving carts available, making it very difficult to move belongings in and out. This is not the level of service I expected.

I’ve had my storage at this location for 5 years. Since the new manager, Kiuni, took over, the experience has been excellent. He is very good at customer service and has helped me with everything I’ve needed. The place is clean, no roaches, and the service is outstanding. I’m truly grateful for the attention and care. Before, I had many complaints, but now they always answer the phone and he is always there to resolve any concerns. Thank you so much!
