We’ve had a storage unit here for longer than I’d like to admit but the staff at this location has consistently been great. Whenever I call, they’re always helpful and professional. Iris especially has been a pleasure to work with, she is awesome! There’s also a gentleman who has helped me out on occasion by finding me a dolly to move my things, which I really appreciate. Overall, everyone has been friendly and willing to help. The Storage Facility itself is clean, fair, and professionally run. I definitely recommend them.

I would like to leave a review regarding my experience. First, I want to make it clear that the service provided by Iris was excellent. She was very professional, attentive, and truly deserves a 5-star rating. However, I have some concerns about the air conditioning system. It seems quite insufficient. I’m not sure if it is set this way to save energy or for another reason, but the airflow is very limited. There appears to be a vent along with a fan meant to help circulate the air, but the environment feels more cool than actually cold, which I have personally confirmed. This raised some concerns for me, especially since I am renting the unit for two months. With the warmer and more humid weather approaching, I worry that the current system may not be enough to properly control humidity levels. I am sharing this feedback so that the company can take it into consideration and hopefully improve the conditions.
