Very clean efficiency and polite, helpful and positive staff.

On May 13th we made a reservation through the internet with a girl last name Alfaro. Price was very good ($22/month) so we confirmed the height of the storage (which strangely was not published). Mrs. Alfaro confirmed MANY times the height was 8', YOU MUST HAVE THE RECORDS OF THE CONVERSATION. We received the confirmation e-mail, Sat, may 13, 9:12 and head to the storage to unload the boxes. When we arrived Karen the manager said that the storage had a higher price and we had rented not a storage but a locker 3' high. We tried to get Mrs. Alfaro on the phone but the girl who answered name Johana, said that did not know Mr. Alfaro and confirmed that we had been deceived. Mrs. Karen told us that no matter who made the mistake WE AS CUSTOMER HAD TO PAY FOR IT. So we had to go back with most of the things in the car again. We talked to Cindy yesterday who found out there is an error from the company and received our complaint.
