Prices continually Jump/ Not 24 hour unless you pay more!

WeтАЩve been storing our Stuff there for a few years now and the price has almost doubled ЁЯШд. The unit canтАЩt be accessed 24:7 unless you add another fee on which is ridiculous. The Place is monitored well but the bathroom isnтАЩt even accessible after closing hours which is totally bizarre considering weтАЩre inside a climate controlled unit!! Definitely not happy with the chronic increases and looking to get out

Nice employee, bad smell!!

I reserved a spot on the phone but when I got there it wasn't available. They gave me a excellent price on a smaller unit. Bringing things up in an elevator was clunky and awkward. It smelled like twenty rotting rat corpses due to people storing food most likely. Yuck! I'm finding a bigger, less stinky place as soon as I can afford it.
