price increased substantially within...

price increased substantially within first couple years. There were only 2 carts for the large facility, then 2 were added but were under lock and key in the office. I waited 45min till the manager came back to be able to use a cart all others were being used.

Since the first day I rented a storage unit here, the customer service had been atrocious. I could rarely get anyone on the phone, the office was often closed, and when someone was there, it was clear they didn’t want to be. I’m pleased to say that because of ANDREA, my entire opinion has changed. The facility itself was always great; it was the customer service that was lacking—until now. Andrea is a breath of fresh air. She brings great energy and truly completes the experience here. Excellent hire. She’s a rockstar.

Alina at 401 Northlake is amazing! She was super patient as I got lost following Google Maps to the wrong location, then went above and beyond to make sure I was completely satisfied with the unit I was renting, as well as ensuring I absolutely understood the entire process, as this was my first time ever renting storage. I was skeptical at the beginning of course, but I'm glad I chose that location on that day.

I rented a space for my mom about a month ago and I highly recommend that you come see Cardia, she was extremely helpful, showed me different sizes and prices for a storage unit, she helped me find the perfect size storage with the best price. Her positive attitude made the experience a lot better she made everything understandable and Made sure I understood everything she was saying. I can definitely say that I am satisfied with my storage unit and definitely will be back.
