Life Storage - 3504 - Orlando - Overland Rd

Derrick was there helping out from another store and was a pleasure very friendly and informative. Then on Monday I met the store manager Joshua he noticed my storage was unlocked he immediately called and emailed me and was nice enough to walk with me to make sure all my property was still there! Awesome guys

The management team was extremely helpful and kind. We were able to get our contact completed within 10 minutes. The facility was pretty clean and for a Saturday very quiet. The only thing that I was disappointed in was that the Air conditioner for the climate control for our section was out. The manager let is know they would have it repaired as soon as possible. I am unsure if it has been replaced and or fixed. I would love some kind of communication when these things happen that way if there is something in my storage that I need to take home for a few days so it doesn't get damaged. Other than that great facility great management team!

Marcus at the front desk was amazing and provided stellar service. I've made a couple trips back to the property since my move in date and it seems like some of the outside units appear to being lived out of or something. When you drive around ppl are in their units with laundry hanging from a clothesline and people sitting in lawn chairs out side. Looks sketchy
