I love Mrs Carmen. She was very nice and explained everything to me. She showed me my unit and how to use the gate code. Her energy is just delightful. I wish more people especially managers talked and treated customers just as she did me. SHE IS THE BEST ??????

I stopped into public storage earlier. To check to a quote for units there. and the young lady Carmen who attended me was very nice. And everything was organized and clean. Customer service there is a plus! ???? but unfortunately I didn't get the storage there because I found another cheaper. Thank you for everything

A well-kept location, very accommodating, and easy to understand guidelines. Very helpful.

I looked at a few storage places before using Public Storage. The people are friendly and knowledgeable, the agreement is forthright and easy to understand, and most importantly for me, it is clean. Prices are not out of line with competitors, and they offered to assist me finding another Public Storage site if I couldn't find the size of storage area I needed.
