About Emerald Coast Storage and U-Haul- New Warrington

The facility is under new management and ownership. We pride ourselves on giving #1 customer service and unbeatable move -in incentives. We are a gated facility with lights as well as surveillance cameras throughout the facility. Our climate control units are like new. We have a remote move in process that is very simple with a secure key pad access.

Reservations are booked and placed on hold until the unit has been secured (payment submitted). We may have only one unit in the size you desire or we may have multiple depending on the inventory accessible on a daily basis. It is recommended that after the booking has been placed that you contact the facility directly after to guarantee you are locked in and avoid any uneccesary confusion. It is our goal to provide you with a stress free, smooth process. We operate on a first come first serve approach so we look forward to assisiting you with facilitating all your storage needs.

Please note there is a 25.00 refundable deposit along with at 25.00 administrative fee for new move-ins.

GREAT Affordability, Amazing Customer Service and Staff/Mngmt Excellent

I was moving from Texas to start a business here in Pensacola, FL area, I brought my belongings and needed an affordable place for a couple weeks but potentially up to 6 weeks, I paid for the remainder of the month and the following month, when I found a place by the end of the month, Frank was willing to work with me on the following month. I greatly appreciate what this man did, it was Professional and the Right Thing To Do in a Business sense so I Thank Frank for being a great professional and really pleasant man to interact with, You can be sure You are in Good hands, Your belongings are Safe at this facility and You know " If you were to have an issue or conflict management is more than fair and really nice people to work with on a professional and business level. Really Good People Here!!!!

BEST ð PRICE, anywhere

Did notice some water marks on floor moving in, bigger size than I was paying more for.. Just raining here today, I'll see what it looks like tomorrow, inside shed. Once I'm moved in, will save money ð° in long run.

Great prices! Water damage to walls :/

We were pleased with this place for sure! The price and availability is good. We were disappointed in all of the water damage in our tiny unit, but it will be okay. Also seriously wishing the gate was open a little later than 7pm, but thatâs not a deal breaker either for the great price!
