Great experience at this location. Everything was set up and paid for over the phone w the on site Mgr Debra, who is terrific. Each time I called, my call was answered by her, even when she was out showing units, etc. She gives a storage rental site a personality, which is unusual. As for the units, they are what they are, outside units. Ours was clean and no problems and everything fit! Also, this location is close to alot of student housing and, there's a Good Will a few doors down to drop off extra stuff or find more! Will use them again.

Very easy to secure a reservation online. Then just come in and pay.

This was my first experience with storage units, as an adult, and I everything was great at the beginning. The only reservation I have is from the smell of my unit. I attempted to see the unit before handling any business but was swayed against that idea..now I can smell why. I don't know if it would've changed my overall decision given the nearby location and great price compared to others, but it would've been nice to to have felt like I was not somewhat misled. 4 stars for everything else, but I'll be ticked off if by the end of summer all my belongs smell like that place.
