I was there today with a buddy of mine who rents with Public Storage and we couldn't get the gate to open with his code. I went inside to let Felicia know and waited for her to check everything out. I could tell she was worried about how long it was taking for her to figure it out but she kept smiling and didn't get frustrated at all.
