Jim and Brenda were the nicest employees I have ever met at a storage facility. I have had the worst experience after being a long-term customer with U-Haul. This has brought me back to understanding that storage facilities do have good caring people working at them. I also want to wish Brenda good luck in Florida and hope that she finds her happiness here. Amazing people! I'm so glad that I will get to know you both better.
