StorageMart - US 29 & Athena Drive to Collins Industrial Blvd

Very clean, very organized. . The manager was very thorough, and helpful. He seemed in deep thought, maybe agitated with something or everything, to be honest. But he wasn't rude, his customer service was great. I didn't like the fact that i reserved a unit online 2 days prior and i didnt get to follow up the day before, so i reachuled my reservation (with the price discount still locked in) and i made it the day of my reservation but he told me that it wasn't that price anymore, even though I had the emailed pulled up amd showed him that it said I was supposed to get the unit that price. (Whats point in reservations and email.? Go figure right.?) . . . I was pushed for time, and totally not his fault but the fact i was trying to save money, and just had to spend more . . . That part pokes at me, because he didnt even try to see why it was like that or if he could fix it. . . But other thqn that, A1 and very clean and seemed secure.. . I'd definitely store there again.

Jack was great, he even offered us a very much needed bottle of water.

It was a great experience the facility is extremely clean, nice location and convenient for me and I’m extremely pleased. Customer service is fantastic
