Trash Rodents

Went to try & possibly rent a unit while we move, but I will NOT be using this place. The reviews were RIGHT. Mice/rats, trash, filth. I don’t trust my personal items here. If they are allowing these kind of things to happen, how do I know my stuff is secure? Two different units I walked past & they were filled with trash. Whoever runs this place clearly isn’t “taking care of business.”

Open bins with trash

I have been a storage bin holder for a little while now at Covington location and have recently been visiting my unit for several weeks / months to handle my items stored. Each time when I visit there are open bins packed to the brim with what is clearly trash. There is random trash around the facility.
