Great customer service from Ebony!! I came in to get a storage unit and she showed me the unit, also outlined the contract and explained on details my charges and how everything works from using my gate code and to using my key card. I felt like my belongings are safe and secure. I left my key card and she went to the through the procedures to get me another one and got me into my storage fast!! Definitely will be using this place more often.

I searched the Internet for the specials and found a unit at a fair price that fit my storage needs. I got a follow up call from the office thanking me and confirming my reservation and move in date. I toured the facility before signing the lease to make sure it was clean, safe and had helpful staff. Sasha was great. Very friendly and helpful without having to sound scripted. I would recommend this location.
