Simply Self Storage - 2804 H F Shepherd Drive - Panthersville

I found this facility via SelfStorage.com where it was listed as $25/month for a 5x10 unit. Turns out that is only for the first 3 months and then the rate goes up. By the time I found that out, I already had the move lined up. But that was the only negative and it doesn't sound like it was the facility's issue but the marketing on the website. Krystina, the property manager, was sympathetic about the rate issue and more than helpful about everything - it was such a nice change in a stressful situation. And the property was clean and convenient - the "second floor" units have no stairs b/c of an elevated access road which made moving much easier. And the police dept is right next door which gives an extra sense of security. Pleased so far...
