I came in to find a unit and Mrs. Burkett gave me exactly what I needed by answering all my question and finding the right unit for me she was very helpful and provided excellent customer service

Made a reservation online and once we got to the property Ms. Sharon was so nice. She answered all the questions she made us feel like we were already apart of the public storage family before we even committed to the unit. She explained everything as she went through it. I will definitely go back just to say hey to her when we leave the storage unit. The property was also nicely kept no trash or bugs the units have lights to use for when it's dark.
