Do not use this facility!

Personnel is very friendly and charming, I have to say. And the facility seems to be very clean and neat. BUT, there are rats! My stuff was all peed on and my couch was ruined as it was eaten by the rats. They said that unfortunately they could not do anything about it because they do not control what people bring in. In other words, they did not recognize their responsibility and suggested that the rats were brought in by either myself or other client. Also, the climate controlled propaganda is very deceiving because my furniture had mildew on it when I went to get it, and when I placed a claim their response was that climate control does not include humidity control. What, humidity is not part of the climate? And my stuff was only there for 3 months! All in all, I do not recommend this facility at all!
