Web site stated gate closing 11pm. A bit after 10pm one night I needed to exit, but my code wouldn't work due to after hours access only. I'd have been stuck were it not for someone entering the facility. I complained and was told to get an after hours code, but I had already requested this and was told only businesses are allowed that amenity. They also put me into collections after I notified them by e-mail I was moving out. I looked back in my e-mail and no one attempted to contact me about paying my bill so I assumed they must have received my move out notice. The next contact was from collections. Overall absolute worst experience EVER with a storage facility!Full Review
