Great value

Great value but better directions should be given. If you’re in a space that starts with a letter you’ll be in building 1 (actual address will take you there). If you’re in a numbered unit you’ll go to building two (930 is the numeric address). My code along with another tenant didn’t work. We spent 20 mins on with CS trying to get the door open. Then randomly the other tenants code worked but mine did not work for the building I needed to be in. Unit map should have been made like the actual layout but it isn’t. It looks as if the aisle are horizontal but the run vertically.

Storage is ok but not the best

I was given the wrong address initially thankful CS works on Sundays or I would have been screwed. The facility only has a freight elevator, with these little carts and I had a lot of things to move. And it was 90 degrees inside of I knew the temperature was gonna be cool I would have just gotten an outside unit. Nevertheless it was clean and the unit was the perfect size for my things.

Great place

10 federal has been a delight nothing of what I was thinking but better. Customer service is exceptional wish I could remember the gentleman name. Place is clean, very easy to maneuver and get your things in storage and the price was great compared to other companies. I would say don't change anything and this company will be around for a long time.
