I had an excellent experience. I received a follow-up phone call regarding my storage unit reservation once they opened. The facility is near the highway, which is very convenient, and is Spotlessly clean! The service I received was pleasant, friendly, and helpful. The price of my unit was highly competitive, plus I got a great move-in special! Just an overall flawless experience.

I had to move out of the basement apt where I had lived for 4 yrs due to the owner selling the home. I only had 2 weeks to vacate. I have a small storage unit with another company and tried to find a larger unit there just to have everything in one place. There were no units available. I searched all over the place and finally came across Life storage. I'm so glad I did! I was very impressed the first time I went into the office, and Fred was very professional and easy to work with. It is always clean, well lit, and I always feel safe when I go after dark.
