Donna and Willa were great in helping me turn a bad situation into a better one.They kept their cool and gave me excellent Customer Service with a smile and lots of Aloha. As well as, "Ron" and her helper the day I was there in July. Their District Manager was also very understanding with my situation and extremely helpful in getting things worked out for me. All their Staff is tops and I appreciated them going the extra mile to get things resolved for me.

I have been at this location for a few years and they have always been nice. I recently needed to change to a different size unit. Donna and Willa were awesome...Donna found me a new one in the size needed just a couple of doors down from my original one. They are friendly, personable and very professional. The place is clean and well maintained.

The staff was curtious and professional.

The staff are curtious and professional. All the details were discussed in a frank and concise manner. The facility was clean and appeared to be be well managed. Subsequent visits bore out the above.
